Creating Hope is recruiting for a part-time TO a full-time project coordinator for the Aboriginal Mothers Project. / x" [1 l. \1 W8 bplayer, supervisor, mentor, guide, develop and coordinate the program called “Aboriginal" f3 s: r5 W' c2 o
Mothers Advocacy Project” (AMAP).5 Y0 ?' p* S/ ~
1 |3 w! {) S' r& YTo assist for the development of program: train staff, development of project plan, support groups, focus groups, assessment tool for clients, develop an intake form, develop a consent form, release and share information forms, develop filing system, develop a schedule for telephone intakes, home visits and develop other project, and other tasks that you see fit.

Job Qualification
6 B7 q$ k, i, y& T& SMust possess a Degree in Social Work or Human Services
1 k0 I2 h* F3 p2 [$ L! f) ~" DMust be knowledgeable of Aboriginal people’s history (Residential School and 60’s1 C. @) z, T6 P# X! C* d# n- e1 U3 A
School)2 K2 y3 |! R6 u/ ?. D% d# ~# M
Must have supervisory experience$ o8 A! a5 |4 u/ P2 c0 Y1 K
Must understand the child welfare, justice and legal system1 k: x, s8 m7 b" d* C
Must be computer literate
2 G8 W5 G0 @2 x" ]; ~% lMust present criminal record check, child welfare check, $2 million liability and abstract.3 Q2 l9 E, {6 y$ h6 @2 q4 T6 ^
Must possess knowledge of Aboriginal agencies and network
# [, C% y3 z5 [2 u5 o$ CMust possess a well developed communication and organization skills
* R% n) m6 w% t; b, R: g" B% nMust possess a well developed interpersonal skills and ability to work with an already6 m8 h0 L" P: O2 V F+ z
