FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
) }4 \! ~- k: {3 k2 f& D•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
, r  g% ~( n4 m/ {; e•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

, P; M1 E+ L# n3 F& H3 E9 s9 c) YSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
# X$ Q- B& U/ E5 U5 o•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
* v- w: {! I8 G2 c0 N" K•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
& c: L) v( c3 g* |1 y& S" s( U•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.

•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
•        Ability to effectively multitask and work under pressure.
