1 o' ~+ }+ ]; HFUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the design and production of a variety of communication materials, both printed and web-based.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3 ]7 d8 i, Y7 P6 J+ |: b•        Create and prepare a wide range of materials for printing, presentations, public displays and events including brochures, newsletters, reports, advertisements and forms.
: C+ J0 E! R  M0 R* \' }•        Liaise with our purchasing department and external vendors to ensure projects are completed properly and on time.
7 A2 r! e/ [" g* J7 W; Z7 O+ X5 n•        Create and prepare materials for posting on internal and external web sites.

9 G& i' ?% Q& l" s% n' USKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
5 c' E$ Z+ c* u5 w- u/ X•        Post-secondary diploma in graphic design or visual communications.
•        Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of print production and web design processes.
$ r3 U# K4 y: u9 L  ]•        Minimum of two years of directly related experience.
! z: t* X* ?  {6 M; u/ U/ M•        Demonstrated proficiency using Indesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel in a PC environment. Experience in Dreamweaver, HTML, Javascript and CSS also an asset.
•        Proficiency in use of the English language.
•        Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
