This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:# }0 @: o6 q) c9 `1 O

1) Worst: Cameron Heights: q& |9 x/ A& V$ T) d }
Main entrance on AH
9 U6 o( s9 P$ l" R; ]* f# R* D& A( L( l1 Y( q
2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns; W$ T; J0 B4 B; S+ N
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th). W( o$ l, t' V' c: e
; D, q, t: \% F- f
3) So So: Magrath etc.
- r' X0 o1 k) m& r+ KMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
0 ?& T, O( Z( h; ^% g9 f: |Major roads on 2 sides

4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge: J" z5 u6 B* P _) C: ^9 O# y, E
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.9 h n2 t. x4 _# c/ U" U
No Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.. j4 n2 M' x0 X6 [: ?1 Z
