Main entrance on AH

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
; {5 R8 u  s* U2 {) v$ wMajor roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)
/ r! _$ V( J8 e! ]  F7 M
1 F  y3 i% G& k; N. d3) So So:  Magrath etc.
$ K7 a8 {( V# ]Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
3 Z8 b8 T4 Z- a5 k& n( [4 _5 k4 IMajor roads on 2 sides
7 t+ d! b3 B$ c* ~
4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
1 x& v. ]& v, {- U" m8 WNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
! m0 a0 l' ]+ w$ s% F+ No condo in view

But very few would actually act on it.
