1) Worst: Cameron Heights

2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
5 p  q! s* {. |6 F3 W0 Q4 nMain entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides

9 X. ]8 c7 W2 {/ R4 q& K4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
Main entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
! Z, X) l, c5 R! f7 y! KNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

$ w% |  C* x) M, Q+ V5) Best: Windermere Ridge
Same as 4.
+ all in one cul-de-sac
+ DC1/DC2 zoning
8 C+ S, d  ]7 p7 C/ _- n+ No condo in view
