This is how I view the effects of major road way on the location of newer neighborhoods:

1) Worst: Cameron Heights
Main entrance on AH
0 h* j* j4 R- V$ S0 Q) Z
2) Worse: Terwillegar Garderns
Major roads on 3 sides (and a crappy neighborhood on the 4th)

3) So So:  Magrath etc.
Main entrance on secondary roads (Rabbit Hill)
Major roads on 2 sides
! |0 Q6 q) M2 k, O) D
4) Good: Upper Windermere, Eagle Ridge
( n+ Z+ w" s/ MMain entrance on "3rd level" of roads that leads to the river valley and/or golf course.
2 G$ j2 X: F  d" ]# ]8 wNo Major roads on any side. No crappy neighborhood around. No visible power line.

& e& w4 K/ d3 {5 T, N% M5) Best: Windermere Ridge
5 u3 h# T# b  tSame as 4.
