6 i, `. p' J! W3 X/ q3 DDuties & Responsibilities:
§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
: S7 S: i5 [+ L- {, `§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
6 O( y& S! {4 G  F. T- |$ x- U§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
: @  x9 H! D( e0 f; e& Z/ m. o
5 R8 h& @7 \+ W& j2 jPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
3 l3 \# Q) q! _/ U0 n* k; c§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
7 [$ J: C' T- |& D, p! x: F% C; J3 L§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
7 o( q2 Z5 |' J# ]) b. g( @§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
§ Ability to use computers
$ C" c" E6 ?. O& @§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
