§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
. `6 V% q" n5 `+ W& J; u§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis
+ b; z$ s& R$ a0 Q
Preferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
2 s& K& N$ _9 o1 `6 v7 w7 H( [§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
! r$ O! ~% z) G# L  q$ V§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
: Y, `- q2 p- m' a* a5 Z§ Ability to use computers
* H  O/ M9 d$ ]6 a§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
