§ Handle orders and requests for parts and parts information by providing accurate, courteous, efficient and professional service to telephone, electronic and over-the-counter customers
: c: G! v' g6 I4 Y§ Prepare customer orders and handle product returns including returning unsold items to stock
: z: _. u; n' a8 k7 ~( U& z6 Q* M§ Assist Store Manager in daily operations including maintaining inventory, stock levels and assisting with store displays
§ Process payment transactions and handle cash on a daily basis

1 f3 ~" L/ U# K6 y  V7 _) UPreferred Education & Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma
§ Valid Drivers License
§ 2 years of applicable experience in a similar role
§ Automotive aftermarket and parts background and/or knowledge
, _5 v& ~- |$ G8 y& _) g§ Exceptional customer service and communication skills
8 s5 B' \( d' W$ A1 ]- i7 a§ Ability to use computers
+ [: f% l& ^8 B2 b: q2 E" f/ `; g§ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
