“今年本地房市与我们在一月份发布的预测十分吻合”,埃德蒙顿房地产经纪协会主席Chris Mooney表示:“对比历史上的五月,房屋从上市到售出所需的时间是50天,是最近4年第二低点;挂牌销售比为53%,第二高点。各项数据显示,目前市场较为乐观。”/ i- g5 E: p- v& r$ Z
