Position Summary:
) Z( U3 w8 ^( W This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners4 E! @) ~! G+ G' k4 c+ S' K% k& N0 D
• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs3 X# t7 R, X7 S* u6 F, Q) [
• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols

• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
4 Y" e u% S. F. v9 A• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
: \* l% H. ] i1 t2 t• Experience in project management & report writing - m4 F9 \* L4 m8 g
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable+ r1 n5 V+ \! ~! d& E
