Position Summary:
        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

1 _9 n1 V8 V# _, p•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
+ U" P& ^  K7 ?' U+ @•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
. M- v  W9 Z/ J- d3 f5 q4 w•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
" y" z! l6 r  F8 }•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
! I( ^, O* o/ ?+ ^# y4 {•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
•        Experience in project management & report writing
' b- r- H1 I% L•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
