This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.

Responsibilities
; x: h. j9 b" C( F& t2 D0 @6 A• Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
5 H4 m+ b2 \" {0 f• Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
. j5 H+ E- l" J) B$ D• Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols

• Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field+ m+ G! d( P9 e+ T, J
• Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
: l! ]/ I6 E: n3 @0 T• Experience in project management & report writing . w! \, X! N8 B! @# l' m; T" U
• Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable' t7 h) n- N* u; I2 I' C
