7 H3 F! W% \/ F# R        This is a new full time position, designed to enhance services related to relationship abuse within the communities of Athabasca, Barrhead and Westlock.
# H, L% u% r7 f4 ~3 U8 X
# }9 q2 V, H; `, Q* i: ?  V4 B) qResponsibilities
" k) w* I1 X$ f7 n* r•        Coordinate training of the Duluth model for staff and community partners
* ]! E% G1 t+ t% y; o•        Oversee group facilitation, counselling and evaluation of programs
•        Network and collaborate with community partners to develop community protocols
•        Coordinate program evaluation and report writing

Preferred Qualifications
; A: l% V& }1 Y; o& p•        Bachelor degree in Social work or related Human Services field
0 D- P2 \( y* B& j  Q•        Training & experience in the dynamics of relationship abuse
# Q0 z& x* H9 v! @•        Experience in project management & report writing
•        Ability to manage a budget and be financially accountable
