Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)

To assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

 Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
 Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
- p" n0 J$ I3 I3 T# B! z Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
; G! e* K+ A  l/ U. S) b* S7 g Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
0 H  v. |# o7 \. W( U, i Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
 Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
# [" `' l% R% d! O# @ Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
/ h! L! A% |! L% D Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
4 d6 u$ r% z5 U1 x& `# f Assist in program planning/design
 Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

Attitude/Skills Requirements

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
# ], r3 }( W+ c Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
$ K6 M' Y! @; T2 J! m2 y% m8 ~# F Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
4 G( p3 z+ m$ d2 P Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
 Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
