3 R$ f' n$ b2 h% e/ D3 ], g+ oCamp 1 – July 04 – July 14
Camp 2 – July 31 – August 11 (must attend an overnight camp on August 10 to 11)
Time:0915 to 1600(Regular Program Time)
1 C0 z' I: @, q9 ~& U: Y*might work in other time in some specific days
Place: ASSIST Community Services Centre

Program Coordinator:        Daniel SUEN


Duties:
7 n1 z! E+ F4 h: V4 O% i  NTo assist the T.A.N.G. Youth Program Coordinator by providing clerical and/or activities support in the followings:

2 {- T2 ^: n! t: G# l" M' }9 P Distribution of promotion flyers to schools, churches, communities and relevant social agencies and professionals
: f+ P7 i8 r9 z Take attendance if available
 Provide positive modelling to youth
 Facilitate or assist in ice-breaking games and/or other activities
# ^$ E% \) R2 _1 S  k2 q Facilitate or assist in small group discussions
 Research activities related to the session’s topic upon advice of the Program Coordinator
9 v. h" j; O  F' X/ R1 @ Watch out on the safety of youth either in centre or fieldtrips
3 I  ^- P" m8 w& i  ` Report to the Program Coordinator for any doubts or concerns and/or any troubleshoot behaviour
1 [! P4 ]1 C* f" Y1 R- D) J Act according to the guidance or direction of the Program Coordinator
 Must follow guidelines or procedures stipulated in the manual/training
( e/ h2 z. e% S Attend debriefing sessions/ongoing training
 Assist in program planning/design
& b1 z2 L& v  D& Q2 V: P3 k4 J Any other program related tasks as assigned by the Program Coordinator

 Mature, sensible, patient, organized, willing to take and follow instruction
 Be open and willing to initiate and maintain a positive relationship with youths in the program, or youth who is matched on an one-on-one basis
 A team player, can get along well with other staff & volunteers
% Q+ \7 w5 R: C1 ?% f5 q Concentrate efforts in the group session or activities over other distractions
 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
 Value building on strengths in children, youth and families
 Able to get along with youth and/or youth who might at risk
) G: u% i& U6 R8 f# G4 K7 J Certain proficiency in English and Chinese
