8 R; U5 w+ l' e7 ~) _, E傍晚在屋里休息，老妈突然说，楼下阳台冒烟了。去客厅一看，阳台外浓烟滚滚。急忙跑出拉了报警器。
带着一家老小出去，原来是楼下的BBQ。急忙打911告知，人家说消防车已经在路上了。
3 z. R& ?9 O- ?! \0 l" m折腾了一阵，走了。
, B4 ], n) t8 C! A. A不知道我这算不算false alarm, 会不会给我寄bill啊？

随便查了一下，好像这种情况不是false alarm.
The classification of false alarms should not include alarms activated by violent acts of nature or similar causes beyond the control of the user or owner of the alarm system. Nor should it include circumstances in which the activator reasonably believed that an emergency situation existed.

你还别说，我们家还就只经历了一次。三大爷烤糊了pizza,启动了自动报警系统，不知道为什么，报警公司没有通知我们，直接通知了我们的back up contact, 说救火车在路上，我们打电话取消也来不及了。然后5分钟左右，两辆救火车，就出现在我家门口了，全是帅的不行不行的哥哥阿！激动得我。。。。。当场就问人家出场费多少？人家告诉我: 我们来了两俩车，10多个兄弟，告诉你也付不起。救火车不要钱。

我后来自己这么理解，如果救火车收钱，那么出事故的时候，大家会犹豫，选择不叫或者退后叫救火车，但是一旦火势失控，会殃及邻居和社区，后果可能引发更大的人身财产灾难和损失。所以救火车不要钱。相比起来，救护车要钱，因为那毕竟只牵扯到当事者的身体健康。

7楼提到，第二次三次false alarm会收费，我也可以理解。因为现在false alarm引发的警务浪费很大。

/ E' I5 d( m1 E4 f# Z  M不过楼主属于路见不平，助人为乐，应该不属于报警系统的false alarm, 所以我觉得肯定不用付费。话说回来，他要是隔三差五这么报火警，估计警察得把他请进局子喝杯咖啡五的了
