The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in8 Z2 s# g$ k2 r6 F& h7 ]% j- m
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:
: M o, b2 s4 l7 \2 g1 X· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;) d. _# g/ n' N5 E1 p: ]
· Verify pricing and availability of product;
2 m) D1 n2 R8 w B+ f; P· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
6 S: [2 `3 D. A0 Q1 i, \/ n· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;0 }. P+ }0 y& U5 e7 W1 ?2 z/ U# b
· Collect payments for cash account orders;
9 M1 J$ y$ ~( H8 V· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;0 a$ H6 E8 q# u& T
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;$ r8 g8 F- C m
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
8 ?) r2 G/ d& w3 e+ [" b8 `8 O) h& Ydatabase;& f3 L% u5 c6 l( j3 B. G2 f1 ?
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
/ _. B* s* v- O8 U b· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
' J: b, J7 ^- Q2 t" j2 L· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
/ w' }' a [; ~+ l. |Qualifications/Requirements:5 t! z a! X- b/ N
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain: y' o1 f3 j; F# N, n# v
lasting relationships with customers;+ N6 j/ e0 K+ S9 p: a" s
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;1 q! \/ J" E" @2 G8 @
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
3 p" r" m3 ^4 i9 S! M· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
; \9 W: y2 z& B$ V1 c3 q· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
