0 [6 F3 c5 `5 v4 b1 `6 C9 NThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in% J1 |* M: U! U; x- C! O& W
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining5 C3 F( r7 x5 G3 N
relationships with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and the passion to meet

" {5 ], `8 t/ g/ T" ~Responsibilities:
* F: ?" X! x2 C& l9 U- Q+ v· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
( a2 y! A" X) l+ ]  z· Verify pricing and availability of product;
& f5 Z( m7 h" N9 K3 W' a· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;; S6 `: g4 L! Z" {
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;8 A( K1 _( g7 g- p+ a$ K6 _
· Collect payments for cash account orders;. K# d2 X5 y2 B: M) v1 X* w
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
+ h: ~- b1 g9 o$ {  D· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;
# y3 b$ U% t- Y9 r$ s3 `6 y( S1 D· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
1 ]" a9 o7 p3 i4 q( }! e. D- Xdatabase;4 I) U' D3 F; \# J
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;
8 J# H$ [% Q* M$ G! P· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;1 H1 a! t# z0 m
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
  T% r' ]( b0 aQualifications/Requirements:
: }2 q& A3 ^* N0 M: N- @1 V· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain1 v, B* n, H" d* T6 e. ?
lasting relationships with customers;! C+ S7 \2 {! _: v
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;1 ~+ F6 K5 R0 Y9 }* R. @# w! `
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
2 w; ^! T: a! o# C& P' S· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;
  U6 p& D9 q: y6 P' C. `· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);4 l4 ^' d1 H3 h) p
· Excellent organizational skills;' ?& q6 w  V0 A% ~
