The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to client inquiries both in1 Y. J4 C5 k" K" \( x1 ~
person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining, L6 [" T3 D+ p5 o" M" K' H

Responsibilities:1 k$ j2 i: E# _! c, R& T( B5 k
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
% s/ Z2 g3 M# Y5 S, ~2 I· Verify pricing and availability of product;9 s& G! p* k' s2 K, k
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;
, ]# H' A5 U+ }) q7 O8 [! m· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;: ]; P8 S/ \% U/ I8 ]
· Collect payments for cash account orders;8 l {( D( a6 \
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
6 u- R/ B' ]1 `$ ^· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;: L$ r8 D. [: k
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate
* O2 R2 G+ ]5 M4 Edatabase;4 O J5 W4 X" I' D: Q( L' j$ _6 z
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;) [0 d: Y# W2 l5 _! R
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;
! |8 e! r) u& [# J+ f' J" c· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;8 N8 U- N: o3 H) n* l
Qualifications/Requirements:* c9 z( B! K- c9 ~5 Z2 L
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain/ R7 ~) i7 y4 x! j
lasting relationships with customers;" h( |% L7 {/ \4 z$ L8 `
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;" `3 G( o3 m: I* R& A
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
9 {* S! [5 Y, v6 @$ f# p0 h5 g8 Y! k· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;0 l" K5 v& _0 T/ ]: t
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);
