8 y C8 |5 n- l* Dperson and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining

Responsibilities:' L8 O6 X4 \1 G
· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;
1 V0 G/ t4 |- _0 ` `· Verify pricing and availability of product;
. D: K6 l& ^4 g8 G1 g; E0 L· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;9 Y" l R$ r/ b6 H+ s
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;2 K3 Z$ m, F% a0 R# C
· Collect payments for cash account orders;0 L, A3 b0 ? Q3 Z9 l7 D* b) @
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;2 p4 m0 {. x4 z# r: [
· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;! }& u$ Q! Q: o
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate- J% e: J" ]1 L* h4 B: _
database;
3 X* @' T1 C: r7 u· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;" ]" d# R: G. K! e" a
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;

Qualifications/Requirements:) m- p" O2 o# k" i
· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain2 ]+ p- n- g7 S9 g2 \( E
lasting relationships with customers;9 T% S& O( C+ p r
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
2 j2 ^6 v; M5 ?· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
3 _7 T' w) q' o9 A8 H; |· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;/ T! z8 B3 p0 f+ ]1 Z6 X$ H
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);+ f& E# M' D! S4 t9 x: R5 V
