Role/Function:

person and over the telephone while supporting the sales team by building and maintaining# u) R5 o8 q: S6 h1 [/ C

· Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and busy walk-in traffic;! H$ d) V! e+ C) S' u7 @) d
· Verify pricing and availability of product;2 a$ ~3 f/ ]+ ]# @; ~ ~3 s, k
· Supply and inform clients of pricing, credit terms as well as entering orders in system;% \' U* K2 g+ K7 |" ]7 L2 D
· Prepare and process invoices in accordance with standard procedure;
5 \7 q8 F3 w9 H$ k+ z* Y· Collect payments for cash account orders;# o) s0 H* _( O% X: m0 M1 u
· Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues;
5 N! X+ j) P+ A, v/ x· Process special materials orders in accordance with standard procedures;' G T: v3 Q" C4 {
· Maintain customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate/ L5 f/ o" O2 Q: F
database;+ @- j# L+ P" |$ X1 S- ?! @1 Z- G
· Address client inquiries regarding status of orders, payment, refunds, etc;; H) W9 n# J) i# X! [' q/ o/ V) B" N/ \
· Forward customer leads to appropriate sales personnel;1 F& _9 p) y8 T, `! Q- g- A1 R% \& A
· Actively participate in semi-annual physical inventory count;
/ k7 {; I' ^+ w3 v9 J) T: BQualifications/Requirements:
- X& t9 V3 H' G& ?7 @· Strong team player with excellent customer service skills and able to build and maintain2 I* N$ q a" X& T: d
lasting relationships with customers;8 F; J! F! y1 N7 y' [, o: C
· 3-5 years experience in a similar role;
) Q- R# z4 n: t5 r· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
4 L$ K I1 V6 f3 S0 O· Strong problem identification and resolution skills;/ F" W" k, [# o3 h$ @( D( _" R6 [
· Computer literate; knowledge of Oracle 12i database (an asset);& q$ y D0 x; ^; @! ~
