The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community

• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
+ ~. T; d0 ]* g' R" O# ?• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
2 t1 m; Y% ^: B, h% `9 X8 W• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals

• Medication Administration: b6 F# S. z6 i. C% b$ _2 `& j! e
• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance! ?+ c5 ^# ]& Y

• Completion of a high school diploma
