The Supports for People with DisABILITIES Program requires a 48 hour Weekend Worker for the Northwood Residence. This position will provide residential support to 3 men with developmental & physical disabilities and personal care needs. The hours for this position are Friday 11:00pm – Sunday 11:00pm.

7 p/ E6 {* H9 O: b/ U' VResponsibilities include:
• Acting as a strong advocate for the individuals in the community
• Program implementation
( y& L+ A, F' n• Completion of daily documentation and data collection
( Z; l+ K5 K& y% u4 H• Facilitation of recreation and leisure
" J9 a  ]- S+ g$ x• Personal care, including lifts and transfers of individuals
• Behavior management
! l% B0 L2 D0 Q6 L+ C9 p• Medication Administration
• Day to day operations in a residential setting, including meal preparation, and household cleaning and maintenance

! {3 d# t9 S7 R7 RMinimum Qualifications:
Education
• Completion of a high school diploma
• Six months of experience in the Human Services field
Training & Clearances (*Available from McMan at no cost to the employee)
: Y; j2 P% r' m# o0 r0 w9 I9 t• Security Clearance Check including the Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)
• Children’s Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)
! U( g3 U; U) F4 J8 ~• Standard First Aid with CPR
: y6 c7 n* d8 V$ r& j9 c• *Suicide Awareness or Suicide Intervention training
) _2 A* _% r% D, T5 I3 V5 o7 a8 v• *Non-violent Crisis Intervention Training
• *Medication Administration
