Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
1 s, l: Q* u8 V2 _Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
7 N" l# N; O* V  G•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
% }+ U3 V3 [5 x! i  X•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
$ K5 M8 ^! g1 S0 E+ b•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
" S( L8 S6 E/ f0 }$ j$ S•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:
& Q5 `+ i: R# z# p
* o/ ?1 H5 v! i) a3 l3 c6 Z•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
! h4 t+ H$ E/ R% z5 e8 W•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
