7 z2 D; Q+ j8 U5 b; C3 i1 P. v$ C•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
. D8 {4 t+ w) o* u5 C•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
" q" ]8 o0 Z) y$ Y8 ~•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
2 V2 @% v0 R: _8 @. z% m" l7 {•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
0 G% ~! @# U: ], P& r•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
( h; W: F. ]# s3 D•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Skills/Requirements:

+ R4 T" p3 V# d; \•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
. r  T8 B( ~" S" S" N- a: ^8 S( k•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
8 u: I1 g& d5 ?- D4 @/ a•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
) T  t! d0 R8 H+ b$ I, B! A•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
