Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
& k* [& u( A7 @% Y7 P' ~3 r5 Z•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
: K6 ?. B' R; @' r3 T4 |•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
% l# s. \9 h" Y•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
$ b  s5 P5 N2 q' e. `; G•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
/ Y1 ?* }) O+ j& [•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
  g$ u- C  ^: V$ Z1 ~5 B  Z$ u! ^$ @! s•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
