Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week

( o6 W  f5 ?* c•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
4 I1 O( x5 ], w•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
& a2 B/ G( N& V4 Q0 d•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
# s; c8 T+ M" p•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- q- }/ c, G1 c•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
* |9 F( `/ I+ w2 \7 r•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
) `: }* `- T6 v; `•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

& V' V/ ~) v" K4 W+ b•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
  ~0 z: y) u, v# n$ ]•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
- O& I5 V$ c8 O! {•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
