Position: Food Service Supervisor NOC 6212
Company: Rebagliati Restaurants Ltd. O/A Mcdonald’s
Location:  10628 100 Street, Westlock, Alberta
Wage: $13.28/hour, 40 hours per week
( a  T' b4 w5 X, F/ OShifts: Vary day by day. This is a 24 hour restaurant requiring consistent overnight shifts

Job Description:

•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
' B) O  j. n6 L•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Supervise and check assembly of regular and special trays and delivery of food
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.


Skills/Requirements:

8 N) k9 c+ G6 g0 D2 c* l9 w•        Completion of high school or equivalent required
•        Service customers in a timely and courteous manner in accordance with company standards.
( p& M& G  e, g% @2 ?•        Experience in cash handling, food safety and willingness to be a team player is required.
•        Two years experience in food preparation and customer service are required
