> The Systems Administrator will provide a wide range of hardware and
> software support for 43 stores nation wide as well as the Head Office.

> Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

> Technical Support for 43 Stores:
> · Maintain support for Pin Pads, PCs, Servers, Printers,
> etc…as it applies to the daily operations of the store.

4 Y$ |- }1 z& U; p( c2 Y> troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
> · Provide timely updates of software and hardware when needed.
> · Provide support for LAN and WAN connections i.e. Internet,
+ I3 Q4 \% Q& {6 ^> network, VPN, etc.
( q+ i8 s: q& W8 L& f9 `* n> · On-call after hours support required

> · Provide support for PC hardware and software for local users.

> · Maintain Active Directory.
> · Maintain system backups.
> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for Servers.
; {* f: x! [, W1 d/ o> · Provide maintenance and upgrades for WAN and LAN.
> · Assist in setup of users and groups on internal network
' l5 ~2 v! U7 T, _0 F0 ?5 k9 o> including email, server access and print device(s).
> · Assist with new projects/assignments.
> · Other duties as assigned.

> Requirements:
> · Post Secondary education related to the field of Computer
7 d/ y. w" T) ]: @9 i+ h> Sciences or equivalent work experience.
> · 1 -2 years related experience.
> · Experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, email
> and networking.

* p0 n8 S5 U7 f! A- |> · Exchange experience will be considered an asset
