Trick and treaters are encouraged to start their Halloween fun in a safe environment. Participants can pick up their candy bag up at Centre Stage and then follow a Candy Map to find all the treats in West Edmonton Mall. Participating retailers will also be handing out candy to little ones dressed in Halloween costumes." _# s# F9 |! h
