retire your car,有人用过吗？

我今年3月把旧车retire了，车也拖走了，当时选的reward是选择月票，到现在快年底，还没收到任何reward。该去哪里投诉和反映这事呢？给原来那个retire的邮箱写email也没有反应。

你为什么不打电话问呢？有一个local call center的电话可以打的啊？
也许就是你的那封信寄丢了吧？
( n% F7 A+ j" B9 K6 U0 S再有就是，我记得车是要running condition的，不知道为什么你的车是被拖走的，一般都是大家自己去drop off的。
