如果我们要表达“我不好意思去作某些事情”，英语该如何表达？

情景是：我（因害羞）不好意思去找某个男孩，或（因歉疚）而不好意思再麻烦一个人再帮我作同一件事情。

For the first context, just say I am sorry to bother you again.
