who  can apply，  说
- u3 H% ^( o4 Q$ l  {% Q7 KTo apply for the Parent and Grandparent Super Visa, you must:

. N! o# ~7 l- x) v•be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident of Canada;
•be found admissible to Canada; and
•meet certain other conditions
$ Y! T4 w& h" i0 ~0 X  Z没有明确提到是给已经申请移民的人。
