25g butter

15ml lemon juice

7 ^# T3 K- _ Y- F5 I6 ~: V' A5 @1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
- z/ I3 o1 Q) O% M6 n2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
7 j' H& {! I) e, a3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.( h4 J* ^2 [; r+ T( K4 t
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
