15ml lemon juice

30ml brandy# y, a9 ]6 h* a( O6 J
Strawberry, lemon slice to decorate

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan* \$ a3 C# x( o4 d) h+ j
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.5 i. A% U: w J$ d& T1 a( z' r- o
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
$ q f3 s$ o) `, P/ y0 e4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.4 w* a5 G0 F( I& W8 s" E
5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas. J2 A0 L2 X$ {, F2 q
6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
