30ml brandy

Method
( @% g! e/ K& v: D1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan1 k5 O; e4 S c! T1 h
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.) k$ P+ \7 T, f/ t3 x% [) p: T4 i
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
, u7 M1 f! _1 E3 r( _. K4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
% X4 G* W4 ~+ G" t/ J+ x# M$ J5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
