Brandy Bananas

15ml brown sugar

Method
# j- k; t2 i; X) {( L- Z1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan: ]! r- d# i0 n! F. M8 Y
2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
2 s( R8 L+ f: R7 K8 v- H; e3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.5 Y( e ^. D/ `3 |& _
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
, N4 B. R8 l6 }& ]& q5. Ignite the brandy carefully and allow the flames to lie down before serving bananas.
