Mint, icing sugar to garnish

1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
) K3 n" ?0 W- ~% e- s8 D d2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.9 ?; @) ~. x1 ~2 b7 L. f
3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.% r5 a" f H3 z2 s# Q" c
4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.
