2 bananas

Mint, icing sugar to garnish

Method
* \3 u) ?, c6 {/ l, @& ~1. Place the butter, sugar and lemon juice in a frying pan
* I. [9 d, |! N: C" j# w0 m0 a2. Peel the bananas and cut in half length.
% e8 Y9 p: ]8 V( ?' t0 K3. Add these to the butter and sugar liquid in the pan and fry gently for a few minutes, basting well with liquid.
0 C( d1 O, q+ [) |, |" X4. Add the brandy directly to the frying pan and cook for a second or two warm the brandy through.

6. Use lemon and strawberry to decorate it, and finish by garnishing it. |
