JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
5 `+ l8 W9 F9 [- V a: c, J/ A7 @The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as/ R0 d/ T, w, {* n; i) x/ j$ Y
well as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative! v7 b. g/ A/ h3 C
and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable, Y$ ]# W5 b" V. U( ]% T: N! \
coordination and time management skills are required. The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR significantly4 M3 p+ u6 s# I4 `! a9 F
contributes to the company’s overall business success. This position reports to the Company’s Operations

• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.6 S. i, J& v3 M/ ]
• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.3 @: V' D2 q4 n/ V- J& z+ X2 P
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
+ ?$ b+ t0 E- F; p/ T5 S0 P0 U• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment." a* i! Z$ _2 c0 C" r$ L
• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

/ V) ?: {' u6 i' a• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring
: m' k4 o% V" ]/ Kcompany’s business goals and policies
) n4 o0 q& E" b5 @+ T0 J3 c+ i• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required

• Some knowledge of the services company provides

5 P- t8 f' u% ?• Class 5 licence.. {+ r1 ^& b* J" [( } |

. n- p- Y8 z5 R. z. |补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。

/ k" z d) `; X) Z7 c有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。! f/ k% G4 ^$ a" x+ k# ]. X+ O

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
