JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS8 s W- o1 f( l5 @( V
The TECHNICAL FIELD OPERATOR will be required to provide technical support at the field level as
' H3 Q+ |1 _: p/ ywell as in the office environment. The position will require individuals that exercise a high level of initiative
1 S/ J- ]# T8 S1 k5 ^and judgment in handling everyday operational activities and customer’s inquiries. Considerable

. T" [! A! I: g# J2 f• Assist Field Engineers and Supervisors in completing commissioning activities at plant locations.
' T3 Q& F" Q) L# K• Provide support to field operators, supervisors and project managers in an office environment.! j" y0 \' ?% b" o2 C/ I
• Follow the Company’s HSE and Quality Management Systems.
, K3 ~5 Z5 J4 v+ I7 _# z' l c• Shop Duties including project mobilization and the maintenance of company equipment.
% G1 z1 [' ?2 b" Q. G& r2 f+ m* Q• Execute and finalise operations projects/jobs according to company’s and clients procedures,

• Work closely with the company’s Operation Coordinator in setting, executing and monitoring

: Y& U4 b& X. j1 U/ o• Develop and gain experience that will lead towards a Supervisor role.

• High School Diploma required, College/Technical/University Degree required
' B. W- P) P0 r: d) H• Some field operational experience6 z$ i) S4 F; `8 |$ H
• Some knowledge of the services company provides
! ?! D# F/ F+ p8 x• Strong computer skills8 B! @2 M: J( z- Q8 Y) i5 K8 b
• Class 5 licence.

8 \% u; r$ k: t' J' b8 M补充一下，年薪大概是6万-10万（根据经验而定）， 多数时间要需要在外面跑和驾驶pick-up. 公司会提供相应的training。 另外这个工作很多时候是要操作重型设备和做相关维护的，例如pump,压缩机，piping等等。; z6 N; L, S* c9 i! I
' G/ b( H- E$ u5 W5 B. a% }$ `5 d有加拿大护照最好，因为有可能会被派到美国或者迪拜去。当然，没有也没有关系，大部分是在加拿大境内。

另外再声明一次,公司希望长期员工,热爱field work的人, 短时间离职的话对我在公司的名声也会影响. 公司之所以不想在外面登广告招人就是出于这一个目的. 熟人推荐的一般都会比较了解背景,会比较稳定. 我也是第一次帮自己同胞,希望开个好头,大家合作愉快.
