Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:7 ~3 [; |/ X6 Z% ]
• Encourage and enhance a positive and professional working environment.

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
. P6 e% O& J; Z2 N9 R• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.
7 `8 B; c3 C+ y$ y• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.
0 l: T; v3 f2 h, E6 s1 Q. M% G0 P• Participate in full cycle recruitment process to successfully attract candidates.9 [& y. ` O8 Z: q
• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
" X+ @+ ]9 Y4 R' E0 b• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
5 m/ _$ s e. a! {+ L1 x• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP).6 D4 F; V* m$ V0 s% D
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.
/ u% a! P; z/ I; L$ v• Assist with the formulation and implementation of internal training programs.

• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
9 U# z+ D0 A" e: R: L• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources. K9 O& r# v7 Y' y. a7 Q) [, ~
• Strong Union Relations experience required. ' E3 b9 J& v. N# W
• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
