Tracer Industries Canada Limited (owned by Tyco Thermal Controls) is now accepting applications for a Senior Human Resources Generalist.
) _) _' d; d) w$ W& oReporting to the Human Resources Manager, your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Support the introduction, training and participation in Human Resources related programs, including performance management, ethical conduct and career development.
/ a! ?$ f& m& L' ^• Promote management best practices and provide guidance on employment standards and employee relations issues.) G* {" c% ^6 Q- B# F s1 B+ W
• Research, develop and implement recognition and retention strategies and initiatives.

+ |/ [8 F5 @. Q+ _• Prepare required Human Resources reporting (including ad hoc reports, turnover statistics, organizational charts, employee updates, weekly recruiting reporting) as required.
8 Y2 I+ }& @2 f• Distribute pertinent information to the Payroll Department and Tracer's benefit providers.
* ~# P( A$ \2 {! a. @% m6 p• Maintain personnel information for union and non-union employees in Tracer's Human Resources Information System (SAP). A5 w( H- D3 E1 {
• Coordinate the company group RRSP plan and employee stock purchase program.

• Attend and participate in departmental meetings.

• Additional special projects as required by the Human Resources Manager.

Qualifications, a: a* y# a2 L% `( h; M0 U
Requirements:1 L/ z; m0 r# t3 v, _% P& G
• Applicants must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism, as well as strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
/ M) @* d7 d9 \. z! k! B• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Human Resources Generalist position, as well as post-secondary education specializing in Human Resources.
. M9 r& J" D& J" d" ]3 c• Strong Union Relations experience required.
, W! a3 p: d; T/ o7 ^/ ^• Proficiency in MS Office is required and SAP experience is considered an asset.
( E2 k u- F9 W! B1 }3 r' [• CHRP Designation is an asset.
