Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

6 U3 T" J3 G  ]Main duties:
: C% R5 ]9 M. i& V# A7 }•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
- P2 F* m, x4 V# }# e•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
7 j$ _0 f- D. ~& z- T6 Y•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
6 M, }' Q, q: L0 ]9 i0 Y•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
/ `; W. E+ ?" G! R' W( E1 ~•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

•        Completion of secondary education is required
8 N# v! }4 c: Q9 K0 I4 v+ b•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
7 f5 i! }7 G7 g  Z6 j& S•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
# C; G& a! ~$ {•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
