Location:         11190 Ellerslie Road, Edmonton, AB, T6W 1A2
Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week
Shifts:                 Rotational / day / night / weekends

Main duties:
& H; s7 P' y# M•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
% q& Q& H9 g2 T6 p8 h. `' B•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
9 d& _# z- a6 u9 ]: c' z•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
+ G) ]2 P$ H+ P: y" r•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
6 L  j/ ^6 d, [8 S•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
% V; l2 Q( h! ^, q% }•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
, _. H) _- V) y, s. ^( u•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
1 D' ]) I8 w+ |•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
