Wages:         $13.30/ hour, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
. u, `4 y' X: |4 n; u3 U1 R! Y•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
7 w) p: y% I# |' d  R. P) p9 [•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
0 Y% S# B# M  m- l3 ^3 @$ \•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
# R& [8 g1 }7 v& d•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
! _: r; c4 z7 _1 c•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- X7 u, B2 |6 v4 g9 z- ~3 V) n% J•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
•        May plan menus and determine related food and labour costs

Job Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
