Main duties:
•        Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
$ N" d( G- v) G; v: G•        Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
•        Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from customers
•        Establish methods to meet work schedules
% Y9 l6 h* b; r* `•        Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
•        Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
% r. _3 r/ Y0 d! g/ k3 B•        Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
•        May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets

7 r$ \7 O. Q2 ?  g" _•        Completion of secondary education is required
•        2 years of experience in food preparation or service are required
•        Availability to work day, night and weekend shifts and “on call” requests are a must
•        Viable candidates must  have a suitable means to travel to and from work regardless of time of day
