*around 400k
4 S$ s6 @' q* ~2 a1 H *resale value after 5 years? My current plan is to stay for 5 years.! c g5 Y/ K$ D0 }! z; E1 \ e
*Bonus: Close to big Chinese supermarkets and restaurants
