EARLY LEARNING FAMILY PROGRAM

, ~3 C- e, p* i& cThe program will be offered at St. Teresa Catholic School every Tuesday for seven+ A# s7 Z. K" p- v; j. l- Y
weeks beginning March 6th and ending April 24th, 2012.

Snack: 3:15pm to 3:45pm
# w! \ h, {1 XRhymes that Bind: 3:45pm to 4:45pm$ y! k8 N% a9 C6 j
This “drop-in” program introduces parents to various strategies that can support+ i$ Y/ f9 c( l" c1 A
their child’s early literacy and language experiences. It is recommended for8 D9 G2 d: O) m$ m1 v7 g, q
children that have been identified with language needs. RHYMES THAT BIND is an6 t$ S, D* R8 L5 @+ e- N! x
oral family literacy program for parents and their children ages 0 – 6. It
; k& S+ [8 r& m; E1 a J0 T: Iencourages parents to sing, rhyme, talk and play with their children in a relaxed," _0 w2 N3 @% y
fun, and supportive environment.' w5 e; f# b+ q+ K" t2 \3 ?
Each family will receive a booklet of songs and rhymes at the last session. No) e& ~5 a, k$ y' j. I- N* F3 x8 T
registration is required; a snack will be provided.
