原料里写鸡蛋一个是因为,这个鸡蛋有2个用处,一个是加入面粉混合物,还有一个用途是刷在桃酥表面,让桃酥看上去更漂亮。 加入面粉混合物取1/4是因为这个配方的配比问题,也就是约鸡蛋溶液12-15ml的样子。加多了水分就太高 1 @9 ]3 [$ U/ r! r' P1 S9 x2 g, ^ : G U, O+ g8 n) w9 t) {2 q( q, ^这个配方如果你想多做,也是可以每样材料的量乘以相同倍数来增加的
