Job Description:

• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
! |0 r. W6 _1 D, R6 q( ]1 |• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
! C; x6 \' s6 W2 e; _; Y- S- x/ y• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff* V5 P$ @3 v& }3 L/ `: K
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date2 A5 G- r" X9 H c6 K; S; l
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed" ?8 d4 F* o7 H- R* I
• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway

Skills/Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
