, Z3 `0 b# U' u/ p3 K" v  g•        Complete and post staff schedules
1 M- L1 z7 @2 Q' m# z3 c•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
' x2 V6 J& U9 i0 R•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
1 G2 m. f3 W  G/ Z* h+ `7 Y+ v# M•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
! K* K% m4 q) h" K: D# \- F•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
# E( \0 X" D  j3 V% ~•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
! R7 G& X+ z' \7 t% q' T6 y# j) U•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
; H. G5 F4 d% z2 C# w. A: _•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
