• Complete and post staff schedules
7 v- S9 I* M! N7 ^# b y- `• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines E+ Q8 w9 C5 u1 n0 S! w
• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
& `/ e& h1 c5 J: G% l. D% K• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
' Q2 W, {& g3 _. r/ [! L• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date2 A0 n+ S7 w( E `
• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
+ l! b( I7 T6 Z- G+ n• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management 3 a2 ] W* e3 x/ l7 p$ i, t! _* J
• Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway+ ~: y6 `% n6 z

Education: Completion of secondary school is required

Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)( P4 S" R. [( y4 A U7 ?
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion/ |) u6 @9 t: E0 a4 }( F1 \
