• Complete and post staff schedules # h* c" b3 G) e; a6 H( h$ u
• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
# Y! ?: ]: |: Y' n3 ^$ M6 a) p• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management; u& y% r" Z' C8 k; J* G
• Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff+ v3 q3 k" C: n0 y
• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
7 w7 u1 ]4 I+ W. s) f• Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
1 E5 @8 M) |7 E) i. S• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees

• Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management

Skills/Requirements:

+ w, ?! g( o6 T' ?9 uEducation: Completion of secondary school is required
1 D/ y" J5 y: ?: Q5 O# h- ]6 dExperience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset: r7 p; ^/ K$ Z; x5 R: m2 d+ Y
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)' z- q/ }# I4 G% L4 B; d& e
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
