1 M- L1 z7 @2 Q' m# z3 c• Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
' x2 V6 J& U9 i0 R• Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management

• Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date

• Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees: j. w X' m3 c" e; x2 X+ f" U
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales

Education: Completion of secondary school is required7 N; F+ \8 U6 L
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset _* |% ~9 f. \
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer): ^6 a/ N1 {2 S$ @9 A
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion6 U+ Y3 K* s3 U, [, l
