Wages:         $33,945.60 paid annually plus performance-based bonuses, 40 hours per week

Job Description:
•        Complete and post staff schedules
7 v- S9 I* M! N7 ^# b  y- `•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
& `/ e& h1 c5 J: G% l. D% K•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff
' Q2 W, {& g3 _. r/ [! L•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
+ l! b( I7 T6 Z- G+ n•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees
0 F. F/ G9 {; a4 `•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway
•        Ensure bank deposits are done daily
•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Education: Completion of secondary school is required
: w1 l( O, Z- t' {Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
