5 m# F0 k- n6 k& A•        Complete and post staff schedules
1 C$ m5 j+ U% t; B3 L  e4 x•        Complete inventory and ordering on a weekly basis and adjustments on a daily basis. Complete all paperwork and adjustment on time and deliver to the office on or before deadlines# S9 O6 H: d) ^& c+ i8 M
•        Maintain business records as outlined in the Subway Operations Manual, and as directed by management
6 K/ v* c/ K- m  i4 \•        Communicate changes of food formulas, standards, etc. to staff0 f! L2 l) Q; d# p) R. X% @& y
•        Support local and national marketing initiatives. New windows up before opening on start date; p( g  s$ {6 i% U7 S6 S' x
•        Ensure all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained and company safety and security policies are followed
/ C  I4 G! ^8 B8 Y$ g: Q. i( ?0 J# c•        Recruit, reward, train, evaluate, and terminate staff, supervising between 10 – 20 employees' s. v, [, t/ l* s
•        Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales& R- Q5 h0 h# w; R+ I
•        Plan special events and promotions, participate in all events and promotions sponsored by management : L) z7 J4 M6 R, t/ G6 U3 K
•        Complete online coursework in the University of Subway as directed. Monitor staff progress on University of Subway+ I" [2 w1 W3 E& _

•        Complete other duties as may be assigned by management.

Skills/Requirements:

Education: Completion of secondary school is required' S) b; O% ]9 r8 k8 |
Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in the food services sector. QSR experience an asset9 G! p/ i; Z, ~; H; g- E
Credentials: Alberta Health and Food Safety Certificate (paid for by employer)
: B; r- d: _1 _+ ]Physical: Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/ cash register. Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday. Must be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion$ ]: k& j' ], h- E& M; h: k
