貌似是，即使没有应时高中没有毕业，也要到college去补齐所需课程再进大学。

Wrong. You don't need a high school diploma to get in post secondary. You only need the 5 x 30 level courses for whatever program/faculty you're applying.

I know, because I've been there done that.
