求助 關於薪水

大家好
6 m- A, V" ^) ?有件事困擾很久
我即將於今年四月畢業
5 _+ s( u+ R- Z+ @4 e$ K畢業前在一家公司裡頭coop
% E: L- L; m# m9 Q, g' h最近公司給我offer
: d8 M4 o$ d7 D. C* a提供一個permanent position但是薪水跟我實習的時候一模一樣
然後告訴我明年1月會有salary adjustment
  c1 `& b# ]- u2 ^8 w3 s7 d7 H想來想去還是覺得不對
已經不是實習了  但還是領實習Level的薪水
該怎麼跟他們negotiate薪水?
