0 A8 z( M$ D5 k  OParticipate in the software/component development lifecycle
9 o. S0 J  m0 f; [; N4 sParticipate in the analysis, design, code & testing of existing and new components
Follow the organization’s software development processes including quality assurance and version control
3 k$ i8 y% _3 u% C: Z) ^Design/plan/perform maintenance, enhancement, development and testing tasks on new and existing in-house desktop and/or web applications.
The successful candidate will have:

0 z+ `5 {+ F& ~) l9 u) kPost secondary training in Computer Science or Engineering (Minimum 2-Year Program)
3-5 years in web application development
/ t3 c6 A3 X6 o9 o) X7 nStrong C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript (Prototype or JQuery) development skills
MS SQL development and administration skills
0 G9 c" G6 T! u# VExcellent understanding of Object-oriented programming
Experience with Visual Studio

其实５万工资是一个刚毕业IT学生的起点工资，一般来讲，有本科学历的DEVELOPER起点工资是这么多，只有一年工作经验完全可以试下，楼上要是有意向，可以和我联系，谈谈你做的东西。
& P7 `& D, @# e4 A0 qINTERMEDIATE这个活动空间比较大，没有必要被吓到了。我现在做的是SENIOR DEVELOPER和TEAM LEAD，有的公司要求是最少是七年工作经验，其实我工作才整５年，而且这个职位我已经做了半年了，你要觉的自己能力够了，尝试下也不是没有可能。


不要觉的5万工资是那么难赚，其实ALBERTA这个地方，普通找个LABOUR搬家都15-20一小时了，不象论坛里一位大神说的那样，会计毕业给你2万你就感恩戴德了。中国人找工作其实就是两点欠缺，自信和语言，好好准备，一切兼有可能。GOOD LUCK！
