Mandatory Qualifications:
% ?7 G4 q( y) Q6 {6 L1 C0 n- n) K
•        Several years of practical experience in Trade Finance activities

& p3 U" l: E5 R( h: ?6 G% h! K9 e% M•        Thorough and complete knowledge of the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits, the Bills of Exchange Act, INCOTERMS, world shipping practices, and Canadian / Foreign customs

1 y0 X3 n; \: w' O3 a; D  Z•        Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, International Law and Customs relating to Letters of Credit and Bank policy as high level transactional support to customers is required

•        Capable of applying knowledge in accurately assessing / mitigating transaction and compliance risks and making judgemental decisions on problem transactions

•        Comfortable working in an environment involving significant risk exposure to the Bank.

, b: f+ @1 Q8 q  A•        Possess an ability to evaluate high risk, complex transactions and make recommendations to the Senior Assistant Manager to minimize and or mitigate potential losses to the Bank and its customers.

•        have been in Canada for less than 3 years
•        are legally able to work in Canada
