This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements

•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
) T2 L. d* r; }4 u* [- l' K; c•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
& d7 o$ o3 @2 H, i2 ?•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
+ E3 I/ p' w: o; M& A•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
