•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing
•        The ability to step in an quickly pick up in the architecture and become productive very quickly

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
3 @- l6 {% [5 ~•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
" h# w+ P$ f! C: E- m/ H3 ?•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
. m) T8 d1 g0 Q( P•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
( |8 I* w: W0 O# c; m0 C9 \•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
* D" x1 y4 A! D/ a•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
