This resource will be responsible for the following:
Programmer Analyst
9 g7 a4 _" @: N4 f•        Perform development in a .NET 4.0 environment based on design specifications provided
9 U4 |6 G$ s$ v5 i9 K/ U7 ]•        Correct code defects and write code enhancements based on design specifications provided
•        Perform development and defect correction on medium to very complex tasks
6 ^% {  G4 l  u( Q( M•        Perform analysis and design for small system enhancements
•        Perform and document unit testing including automated unit testing

•        Identify project issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviation
•        Must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

•        Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills
•        Candidate must have a quality oriented mindset and approach
•        Minimum 2 years project experience in design including gathering and documenting user requirements
+ B2 G8 F. B+ O( C5 d- s$ `•        Must be able to read and understand existing VB.NET code
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on VB.NET development experience
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on ASP.NET development experience
•        Must have .NET 3.5 and preferably .NET 4.0 experience including WCF development Experience
; I3 r5 m( u* M7 E+ S2 q•        Minimum 5 years development experience with SQL Server
•        Minimum 5 years of solid hands-on HTML, JavaScript and Style Sheet coding experience
•        Minimum 4 years COM/DNA distributed application development experience
•        Must have worked in a team environment and must work well in a team environment (excellent interpersonal skills)
•        We want individuals who possess a positive and willing attitude.


DESIRABLE

•        Experience in Configuration Management including performing builds and troubleshooting system deployment and configuration issues
•        Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for source code control and TFS Work Items for defect tracking
•        Experience with Agile Development Methodology
