baby 辅食guide

看到网上许多新妈妈很关心宝宝如何开始添加辅食,却没有一个较为详细的引导。所以贴一个以前学习幼儿教育的一个学习资料,是一个基本的宝宝加辅食的引导。可作参考。如有不确定是否适合自己宝宝情况的,还是请教医师为准。希望对大家有帮助。3 ~2 I% x6 `, k+ M* O: \& s
Introducing Solid Feeds to Your Baby
" }2 z3 E# d# [/ _. u% K" ^Note: Introduce each new food individually and for 4-5 days before introducing any other new food.+ I5 A  K9 M1 E  C
Babies do not require solid foods before 4-6 months of age. Until then, breast milk or formula provides the best form of nutrition for the child. Solids may be introduced in the following order:0 N( w3 K4 k+ a3 \9 T0 |. b9 N
4-6 moths -- CEREAL (start with rice, then later, barley, oatmeal, sobee.)
4 }/ S5 {0 [' [2 @5-7 months -- JUICE (Apple juice diluted with equal parts water, up to 120ml(4oz) once or twice daily. No orange or citrus juice until 1 year)
' L. }- p" J# j9 ~/ s" R5-7 months--VEGETABLES (Squash, peas, sweet potato, carrots, (no spinach, broccoli.).Orang and yellow vegetables first, then green.
. F$ A- ?$ ~/ o; ^, b. _7 a6-7 months --FRUIT (Apple,pear, banana,peach,apricot,etc). A  G6 z' p* N9 \; W" W* E( m
7-8 months--DAIRY (Yoghurt, cottage cheese, mild processed cheese.)! l; }/ A& Z& g' \
8-9 months--Meat & Fish (Chicken, veal, beef, lamb. (no pork or fish until at least 1 year).2 d. M3 v( M8 `, K
10-12 months--Eggs (Yolk from 10-11 months, egg white 11-12 months)
) J, f: _9 ]# kIN bottle fed babies, iron fortified formula should be used until 12 months of age. After 1 year homogenized milk can be used.# z0 _6 d+ e( ^0 N% B* }! }
1. All solids including cereal should be fed by teaspoon and not mixed in the formula.( a2 O- f+ G4 W+ m: W
2. Start with 1 to 2 teaspoons twice daily and increase according to your chld's needs.7 r0 S+ e: \; a
3. introduce new foods one at a time, generally 1 per week.4 S# X5 u  P$ x' A9 s& ]/ m# f1 r
4. Individual food products are preferred to mixed cereals and other mixed foods.
. S0 p8 w% H1 b& Z& }+ `/ e5. Solids should be given after nursing or formula feeds, until 6-months to promote milk intake.7 l2 i3 }$ n2 j1 y  e! Y' m
6. You may use standard commercial products or make your own blenderized foods without any added salt or sugar. (Publlic Health may have more information on home-made foods
