验车报告不明事项询问

看上一辆二手车，去车厂验车后，给的报告显示：
Brake, Front: Approx 20% remaining, rotors pulsate
Brake, Rear: Less than 5% remaining
看不懂是什么意思？如果买了这车，我需要换什么呢？另外费用大概是多少？

前刹车盘需要更换或平面车削，刹车片可以一起更换。
后刹车片需要立即更换。
价格和车型有关，美国车通常在400－600。
