To acquire and maintain a solid base of customers, attaining a high level of profitability for the property. You will be accountable for generating budgeted revenue through development and implementation of a sales & marketing strategy.

• Develop and execute annual Business Plan and Sales and Marketing plan to ensure top line revenues are achieved;

• Investigate/follow-up on all Sales leads maintaining an effective trace system in order to convert potential business, lapsed business and maximize on repeat business.+ h: g# V% `5 L3 d5 s4 @

• Work with National/Regional Sales initiatives;

Requirements:
