• To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.3 ?9 v0 e' u; f9 o- D" S5 ] T" v, {' U
• Oversee hotel security requirements.
0 A+ [4 | R j• To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.+ F" q, s& u! _- o0 ~1 P5 ^) x$ c8 |- r
• To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation.
$ x: x1 y! y. Z! O• To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.* M$ Y/ n" i3 [5 R7 G
• To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.

• Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property

• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;2 p. `# W. r# D! H7 m/ `, H n
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;
