  C: S7 Z4 l- x6 ~) H6 @5 S•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues.
5 V% l6 V8 a& c4 s& J•        Oversee hotel security requirements.
5 @. s$ ]7 _0 f" U  E* ]•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
( ~% l- ?$ U2 u2 i•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. 1 ]0 F5 h: o2 y5 q$ f( K# G2 \
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.
: t# g& S4 r6 C9 t•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.
7 A( v( |) K+ ^% f•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
+ i9 s9 c6 W/ Y•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.
% C2 v& Y0 w1 r1 X8 q% q- U•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff. * w3 r$ o; B$ n' `
•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term.
7 J6 ?7 @7 ^3 H& b- T1 N) s7 r) ?% C•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
4 L1 a4 I& ^. G' R7 a/ ~•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service. 7 E" T, p/ v# f0 P! k' s, `
•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
4 w* N" P% [& x! Q0 ?, [. m•        Attend Cluster meetings. " T9 [  N. I0 o8 x$ \: l' k! v
•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report./ C2 k& u2 L2 U" `9 P  Z# ~
•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department 6 s2 }( \  y; m9 a% h
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies
1 B4 H8 E  f' |1 H) M•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center

Requirements:
. q/ E% ?$ b' c) ], d•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property' @% O4 T! v. f5 |
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;# C9 r1 n9 [3 v! F. P, z6 f3 K
• Ability to lead and develop;8 @, y" D$ Q4 y* C" a; }' g  G
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;" |: g$ T5 C* \! C0 {3 x8 H
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;$ R9 B5 {( Q( y3 O, C! Q1 ^
• Ability to work within deadlines;( g/ d0 L4 D7 [
• High level of creativity and innovation;! U: _" a7 s: A' m- g
• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;
