5 m5 k8 r% o8 N% v9 Y9 p: a•        To minimize the costs of operation in the Front Office Department while maximizing revenues., s0 j4 K( D. y- q
•        Oversee hotel security requirements. + D. E3 r) @+ T6 v1 |
•        To recruit, train and develop Front Office personnel and provide direction, support, mentor and motivate as necessary.
% B6 G  o! U3 ]! p$ ?! Y" G; A9 P•        To maintain or exceed the established standards of operation. 2 d) d/ f- X3 T, L! G- H
•        To ensure the assets of the Front Office Department are maintained and controlled in accordance with the standards and objectives of the Hotel.; Z- A, x7 h; _) M0 W$ c
•        To communicate effectively with other Departments Heads to levels of business and type of business.2 G' ]! `9 T$ t% l
•        To ensure positive closure to any negative situation. Handling and resolving guest complaints and unwanted guests.
4 h; a: {  \1 l5 F& F; x# I/ Y( [, w•        Be able to work all shifts including night audit when business levels are warranted. I.e. working weekends, covering sick leave.2 d8 ^. D9 `2 E6 c
•        Weekly scheduling of the front desk staff.
! V8 e& }9 x3 q* Y. ]! E9 A•        Manage rates on a daily basis for short and long term. $ q  g, m) a" ]; D
•        Perform 3 month and one year evaluations and/or when needed.
" ]% {" s( f' J7 j! R•        Leading and coaching to provide exceptional guest service. + a& c# E; i% |( d! S7 e
•        Ensuring the safety and well being of our guests and co-workers by having working knowledge of crisis and emergency procedures and that all front desk staff are also aware.
! `" H+ N6 o( E•        Attend Cluster meetings. " W4 f+ s0 ^2 t- N! D- t4 N6 n
•        Complete month end report, ROB, Cluster calendar, tracking, forecasting, source of business and any other revenue related report.' L  H$ X6 Z- v) }; P: z/ j5 @
•        Handle PMS computer problems in each department + g- ?$ `/ C* S, B* [% l. N3 j
•        Handle any issue with the 4 different interfaces : PBX call accounting, PBX messages, voice mail and movies3 z, d. W! A2 [- N! h* b$ J( g
•        Handle any issues dealing with high speed internet in guest rooms or business center
& V8 Y9 j4 x' C) h1 E* Z1 _* N4 q•        Maintaining front desk floats, and FOM float ! H& ?6 {$ G: c: y, Q7 k5 ]1 q6 p5 i
•        Any other tasks assigned by the General Manager

Requirements:- _* A4 S% b5 t; s! V. I
•1-2 year of Management/ Supervisory experience in a Limited Service Property or Full Service Property# t+ e* q! S0 g0 }- k0 V% s5 ~
• Ability to deal with all levels of management, staff and businesses in a professional manner;
. E/ `+ C3 F% A+ z/ ^/ {: ?• Ability to lead and develop;- E6 p- W; j, @% B/ F
• Background in the development & execution of business and operating budgets;9 V9 S' i* C: t2 J- n9 \
• Excellent oral & written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and be detailed orientated;  C5 H% X5 e0 N( Y4 |
• Ability to work within deadlines;
' ?' p9 [% O3 o- p6 |• High level of creativity and innovation;
' j7 }- R* D" v& N5 k8 _, V• Proven ability to manage multi-tasked assignments;4 b2 z6 ^: u9 s- K
• Strong interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of ACT, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.+ u2 z) X: O0 ?! y; e
