All I am trying to say is that lower Canadian Currency doesn't predict a crashed Real Estate Market. It might stimulate this market, as more US investors are coming to AB, because they spend less money digging our oil.
+ M- I" p# ^7 SIt doesn't mean our housing price will increase neither, as it ties to many factors in the market. I would say we see a slow down in higher priced houses (>700 k), but a slightly increase in lower priced houses (250~400 k).

+ q! K! E/ u1 r# r0 P所以这种人根本就不用关心房价，一辈子踏踏实实租房了就行了。

1 }' P* P9 Q9 K2 b还一点买房只盯着房价也是个误区。其实当时上手时的利率也是张血盆大口。你可以算算利率从2%到4%，你得给银行每年多掏多少银子。
