合同工和正式工，如果最后收入相等，工资比例应该是多少？

其实,这就是employee的缺点,强制消费.

I like vwry much, it is free, only RRSP reduce from my pay, employer pay 6%.

ask insurance company pay, no me!
Why not? I go to Wal mart, $250 plus exam fees, all the insurance company pay!

Contrator没有这些福利,但把这些都兑换成钱拿了.

而employee把该到手的钱变成这些福利了,这不是强迫消费是什么?

象这些,给了我,我都不会去消费的,那换成钱,到自己口袋里,想怎么花就怎么花.

四十不惑? maybe you are too young, I must eat 2 medicines every day. if no more benefits, I must pay by myself. I had heavy sick, on time eating medicine, keep to work, health is the more and more better.

my positions always are perm! my best position are in Wichita,KS, US, manufacturing engineer, in aerospace
area, because of I have not US greencard ,US citizen, I cann't work long term! In Houston, design engineer
a single office, for my daughter, I quited this good job, come back AB, driving a car about 4 days. Then,
come in Ontario, picked up my daughter to Edmonton from Ontario.
10 years ago, I was a labor in KUS canada, 12 hours shift, 6:00am to 6pm, or 6pm to 6am, after 6 months I moved to winsor, KUS closed down! In Windsor I started professional position.
Now, I am the better than 10 years ago. passed many difficults, I still are health, happy, modern and young( look young)

我不年轻了.不过我每年花在看病吃药上,不到100加币.其实也很多年没看病了,连体检都不去.

洗牙是回国再洗,我受不了这边的,洗一次牙,都要让你走两趟.

象你的身体情况,真不应该老换工作,每换一次工作,就得迎接新的挑战和压力.应该找一份比较轻松的工作.

I cann't show my experiences. Next step, they will train me to learn new software( 1 week), I will lose
the good chance. Don't worried about 老年痴呆症. Life is in moving
Tomorrow, I still work( overtime) 10 hours(7am-5pm), I will edit some programs and setting.

合同工与非合同工，是看自己的成熟程度。如果成熟程度高，又不等钱用，合同工是优于长工的。我公司的创办人之一，已经到退休年龄，他就是做contractor。他可能是三五个月都在世界各地旅游了，偶尔才回公司一次。他是远程办公，用网络通过安全卡来做测试。
我在卡城的同事，也是喜欢做contractor，他是‘从来没有在家闲上二个月的’，工资都不低于10万一年。
这与他的职业性质有关，他是做C#之类高级程序研发，这种职业面宽。而我就学不了他，我的专业面窄，是不宜做contractor，只能先后senior engineer/lead努力，以后再图其他。

同时与marie一样，在专业领域有相似成功，也曾经长期单身的女性，但即有不同的处世方式，并且应用得成功，而且福泽下一代，这种类型的女性，还是值得佩服与学习。
印象深的一次，是她家邻居有个冷气机，夏天时噪音很大。她不是去投诉人家，而是用想用一种和平的途径来解决纷争--显然，邻居并非有意，这是可以用和平方式解决的前提。这样做当然成功，邻居将冷气机的防护罩去掉，噪音就很小，而夏天热天也没有几天，所以不伤和气。
世界不是你一个人的，即使是毛公这样的政治家，有杀子之仇恨的美国，都要建交，所以适当使用妥协，也是一种很好的途径。
当生活中没有那么多纷争时，人生病的机会就少。

还真没见过给这么多Benefits的公司呢,你这个位置肯定很重要,你在公司也肯定很重要.

好好享受这些福利啊.如果觉得合适和足够的话,就别再换了,公司给这么好这么多的福利,也是为了能留住人才啊.

至于Contractor的细节,我也不想多说,其实也没什么好说,你列出来得所有福利,一项都没有,就简简单单的,每小时是多少钱就多少钱.

中国人口是13亿，而加拿大是3千万，这种差异，使得在加拿大，有几十人的公司，就是中型公司了；有几个工程师的团队，就可以服务一个中型公司。这是在优势上，不能用中国的标准来衡量加拿大的标准。

所以，在这里，如果一家中有两个或以上的同一类别的developers, 就有可以形成一定的气候，可以外接一些简单的程序开发项目；如果再联系另一家，就可以做更大一些的项目。而contractor是向这个方向努力的最简便起步途径，这种contractor就是一种'自雇‘性质的管理。
成功是经验、管理与技能的三重积累。人家有这种条件，不但有两个或以上的程序员，而且朋友圈中也有许多程序员，从而可能产生能量聚合，这就当然向这个方向努力。
