! M4 N7 A7 w4 M+ @+ m2. 地下室地面的裂缝没关系, 如果不是很大的话.

7 \6 g. ]! E" C" A5 P( V房子和车库墙之间的裂缝也没关系, 如果它们不是一起建的, 并且裂缝不大的话.

我获得的信息也是：只要不是墙体（就是承重部分的地基，很厚里面还有钢筋啥的）有大裂缝，就问题不大。无论地下室还是车库地面部分的水泥，都是房屋盖的差不多后添加的，问题就不大。这只是我的理解，下面请专家指正。

Sterling and Pacesetter 的新房, 车库的墙和房子的墙是分开建的, 俩墙的中间只糊了薄薄的一层.

他的意思就是，有些所谓“连屋”车库，其车库的地基实际并不“连屋”。这在低端房子里是比较普遍的。
