求教：退税GST问题

昨天收到了税务局寄过来的一封信，大体上写的是

You are not eligible for the GST/HSTC for April 2013 because your spouse or common-law partner has already applied for the credit and only one person in a family can apply for the credit.

今天打电话过去问了一下，确实是这样。而且算GST退多少钱的是按照少的那个人来算的。不知道大家有没经历过同样的情况，如果有的话可否分享一下是否有其他方法，比如可以两个人的都退回来？

一个家庭只能有一个人申请。退的金额是按照家庭收入计算的。

'两个人的都退回来'这个概念是错误的。

都是按照你的收入比例换算的，没有什么可比性。
