新移民医疗卡的问题

我以前是留学生 今年4月底才成移民的
) D) F0 {- p$ ~* @- f$ d" o成移民之后我知道要去换sin number
3 f! _+ \) n8 O8 Q9 S5 |7 ^. _, B! i但是我不知道医疗卡怎么弄
我现在的医疗卡就是以前半的免费的那种
1 z: @; ^) Q* @+ v+ C变成移民后以前那个免费办的还能用吗？
+ F. A4 y" u3 N3 D而且需要办什么新的吗？
) E6 H' M& {/ V, z) a% n# T不太明白
求指导
