Key Responsibilities:

: m( C# O) `/ {& H0 k( [• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 
" w* j8 k# ?/ k
• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
8 H! R$ n/ u. F; Q( @% j& J
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year. o& B* O/ K8 D* c0 U

• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

1 `$ I2 H: k+ \' s7 d• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

" {! b6 g& D9 g4 s% r% }5 o. p" i- H• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

) X- h, ^6 X8 A• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
" M H' z$ [7 S0 n! T
• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

7 {. _' o+ p: O• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- U& x$ N9 u' ]' r e
• Travel within the assigned region.
