Key Responsibilities:

• To initiate, follow up on and negotiate opportunities with potential customers for the intended purpose of ‘signing’ them as new business. This is measured through in-store customer sales. 

], }. }# N2 ?7 f• To develop the customer base through cultivating leads & opportunities and be able to convert these into regular customers.
' J v% F+ p0 \4 g R, d
• To be accountable via daily sales call reporting in real time, measured against territory growth (non-tobacco store sales) vs. the previous year.
$ {4 n& g5 [1 D+ N5 {+ H: N5 v+ {
• To execute focused selling in a large territory targeting the food-service industry, maintenance calling on high volume KEY customers in foodservice, convenience stores, small businesses, clubs & organizations.3 U- o$ r; F2 G k3 d

• To execute the division’s promotional and marketing programs in conjunction with the overall business plan. Accountability via customer buying activity during the period measured through store sales.

• To manage all aspects of customer inquiries leading to regular store visits, including initial store tours.

• To develop customer relationships with gold level customer base and industry organizations.

• To build extensive product knowledge over various categories and be capable of driving sales in achieving sales & profit targets.$ a5 Q/ C4 w5 A: }: d! W9 T

Job Qualifications
5 _/ P9 s% L5 e6 X8 A2 b. b• Ability to speak English and Cantonese or Mandarin 

3 @* i/ j: Q1 B t• Proven experience meeting aggressive sales targets.

5 F* h: [: j% s# |* u* D9 s6 d6 T& D& F• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.

2 R: R' k( Q& w! H- S* l! U• East Asian Food Service and/or Wholesale sales experience is desirable.

• Superior communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.! Y/ B$ C% q: `' Y. h4 R) ~6 ^

• Travel within the assigned region.

• Comfortable using automated selling technology in a daily setting – Salesforce.com
