在公司做海关清关票据的可以申请CEC吗？

想求助一下专业人士或有类似工作经验的朋友。 我从 ua 毕业后在一家纺织品公司做海关清关票据及与处理公司与海关相关的事项。工作Title是Customs Adnimistrator， 不知道有没有符合这个工作的NOC可以申请CEC的？
