To provide front-line customer service of Personal Lines policies and taking responsibility for the retention and account development of existing clients, quoting and placing new business as required.

5 t- V& S" U- O$ p# `: e3 SPrimary Objective/Duties of position:

- J* m- p) J8 D* R( A8 |    Servicing on-going client needs, advising on insurance matters, conduct needs assessment, recommending solutions, answering inquiries, conduct care calls and process renewals
4 b3 w6 r  a1 e- B) e0 d) W1 k    Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business
    Quoting new business through outbound call initiatives, introductory letters and receiving walk-in clients
    Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy
2 M+ S  R% O) H2 T3 c    Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes and reviewing renewals
$ M- E! b3 q- v: s# j3 |4 X    Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes
- p6 g8 \+ k* u  H9 ~    Actively participate in training initiatives

/ b' O, D2 p- g! B! eThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

    High School and or Post Secondary Education
) O, X$ n+ k5 D7 e    Previous customer service experience
    Previous sales experience an asset
2 a* s0 D( W7 c5 L  u& f" r& h    General Insurance License Level 1 or willing to obtain
    Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully
    Strong analytical and organizational skills
* f+ _1 ~2 W+ y$ @! f8 e# p% n9 @) z    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Excellent customer services skills and adept in conflict resolution
