If you are unfamiliar with campus you can visit & l7 \8 Y0 s+ a* N' g

4 B2 Y- I# E) ^! K' c. Bof volunteers ready to help you when you get to campus. Specifically

of directional information.

Both days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
4 z8 }9 W. J% bactivities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend # [) m: u" @! p7 T* b
a variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday
! [7 R; p: v" y- Eevening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in 9 \2 V: W* B! f- u+ Q9 S @4 H2 w4 e
Hawrelak Park.

/ ^* g4 }& C0 `You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on
5 `8 D( d4 t/ @: L% \September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,
' u8 L ?2 R3 y1 ~8 T" g' ^and then continue to meet with for the entire year.) i( e; B ~3 m

Both MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you
! x/ B; T' N# l' hto get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from : v3 z+ U( ~, ]* f# M
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
* N/ e. I' j! U/ A' b* `ONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process / [$ O6 T' ^, g: y! h' ^
your ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece
. \1 g' @, k( j+ k0 Aof government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus ) \; V0 n6 a4 `$ j% M
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
* s; ^+ y H) ?5 a n8 N RInformation and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and % }6 t0 @6 O) u$ l
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the + T& O3 J* `3 r3 g; _/ o
two days of Orientation)., Y5 x6 b, s/ A7 k f8 k
