(MUGs) Program; you have been signed-up for the 2006-2007 school year. By

look for the volunteers in bright colored t-shirts, as they have a wealth

2 ~# d* Z. r( N" ~# L5 M. fBoth days run on a similar schedule, from 9:30am to 6pm, with evening
9 b% y6 ^. p$ f Y% B+ @activities planned for both days. Throughout the 2 days you will attend
: @7 g# ^5 X( ^8 A' La variety of sessions crucial to your success at the U of A. On Tuesday " j* w3 J- x w- Q) e$ o o+ N
evening we host our highlight event, the President's Address, in
1 ?. {6 ~& m. }+ d: AHawrelak Park.( j% J7 e/ |6 I# z; B
; z9 t2 z& b* x
You will also meet your MUG Leader and the rest of your MUG group on - C" T( X% s+ _ D; Q( p
September 4th, with whom you will spend the two days at Orientation 2006,
& B0 ]8 E: n" J6 w' c+ fand then continue to meet with for the entire year.+ A, W4 |' y5 e2 f6 h0 Y- ]7 P/ M. R
" W2 a8 N) B+ J' r0 EBoth MUGs and Orientation 2006 will provide many opportunities for you 2 Y( d4 S: v0 G) ?/ U
to get all of your questions answered and to meet other students from + a9 M) J! O5 _! C! p
your faculty. Among other things, you are scheduled to receive your
* N; }4 O- c L- l+ j& Z+ cONECard on one of the two days of Orientation 2006. To be able to process
) y) O: g2 _2 v2 ~# t0 W: S1 vyour ONECard, you will need to bring your acceptance letter and a piece : E% E8 E2 b) B# \$ C1 S6 X6 Q
of government-issued photo ID. You will also need to bring your Campus : K* A1 l! B: ]. C# D2 }/ f
Computing ID (CCID), which was sent by e-mail from AICT (Academic
1 U( c; ^7 I0 n$ f: j) {Information and Communications Technologies). Dress for the weather and $ q+ S3 K4 L$ E. J1 [
bring either money or food for up to four meals (lunch and dinner for the & d% n k: Q+ a, S0 S
two days of Orientation).
