experiences and skill is not match, gone!
many have license engineers and Journeymen, experiences are not enough, very very soso

& U$ X5 c3 m* I. Vsome high wages incl overtimes, overtimes over 1/3, basic pay is not too high, but overtimes 1.5 x basic
wage. Now, our company cancel overtimes. Some engineering company too
