The picture is not clear. I can only speculate:
1. It is the medium home price of Calgary from 1999 - Aug. 2006;
2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
/ w3 w; ^8 T. a+ Z3. Blue color: price change each month.

Comments:

& z/ c% ]9 ]& `% M1. The trend of price increase is clear and strong. Both fundamental and technical
/ k$ F& I9 C( T- C- Y: m/ Lstill support the further price increases.
2 g7 W, V, Q( t" r7 G  S4 a( e$ w2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
/ j( I# J( V+ x; G5 ^# P) \the price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
8 h1 t8 P) L. P# b; [" {" y* ^3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
