2. Pink color: Home price vs. time;
3. Blue color: price change each month.

% l4 y; ^+ L2 c5 O0 D# M+ F* r2. The price does not increase every month. The drop of July 2006 does not mean
- \; `  z. @: v- f* Fthe price will decrease further. The price came back on August.
4 ^/ i; n  R8 q, t! ]+ B- T3. With more clear picture, we will see which month the price is likely seasonally low, so that the buyer may prepare to enter the market.
