请大家帮忙看看收到这条信息是什么意思

昨天查申请状态，之前的in progress已经改成了decision made, 点击进去里面有这句话
& S  K$ p  G: w! t“A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.”
( _$ ^0 f" l: j2 s: |) v. D$ q请问大约什么时候可以得到最终消息呢？谢谢回复

谢谢，上周我们就收到了要护照的信，周一已经寄过去了。
请问最终结果是会通过email通知还是随着护照的信封一起回来？
