' M: a2 L+ m% w  {: X3 b$ |1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries; 6 X! k0 Z; f: A3 V
2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
) L# p. l# Q+ _& k3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
# J2 v  a6 f- }: v) a) ~% b9 c8 M4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases;
+ d" D! ]/ D' B+ E( L' F$ `0 g5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;
' ?6 z+ m6 P2 f6 J' P, h4 }% j6.        Provide general information to clients and the public;
6 n3 o( h+ {) e: A5 c8 R0 R7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned., h* X! E; K- C; }, h: ?

Qualifications:
" P- G# J9 e; Q! s* U. ~8 [•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment.1 t7 H5 d! A+ t( m1 O
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
4 r; z0 G- i  R•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.: B2 C% r1 D' L' U5 |
•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.
5 z' _+ S4 Y, C5 F- h4 h" \•        Team-oriented, professional demeanor, and an independent worker/ n; T3 R& P. P0 j
•        Excellent organizational skills.
