1.        Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries;
+ Z4 ]- r* b$ l1 w" L2.        Type and proofread retail orders email, fax and phone; prepare daily invoicing;
" D% [+ l9 z' t3.        Accept credit card orders placed by phone for Visa, Master Card and American Express, as well as cash;
( |7 n5 G# W* ~' x1 s4.        Maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases; 4 ?1 p  m" V3 B( K
5.        Check the items delivery to customers to confirm the accurate order for each invoice;7 s( o1 j* {. y1 Z
6.        Provide general information to clients and the public; 8 A# L1 i) E2 U  S. w: d
7.        Perform a variety of administrative duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:5 _" s  [( {& n1 o1 ~
•        Minimum of two to three years experience in administrative or office position, including experience with office administrative procedures, use/operation of standard office equipment." [; K6 `- I1 W6 M  c& m! I% a
•        Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication. Speaking Cantonese is required.
0 k% g( ^2 J5 t2 }5 H•        High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
2 s! c$ ^3 {* S9 p6 y•        Ability to balance and perform with competing priorities. Multi-tasking, work with confidential work products.% w: g0 ^* V4 n) ^  k3 g2 d
