如題, 那是CONDO, 目前還在興建當中. 最快12月或1月才拿鑰匙.
請問跟BUILDER簽合約後, 要立即找律師處理文件上的手續嗎?
請問有沒有人能介紹能說中文的律師, 價廉的. 能說廣東話更佳.

builder一般会提供律师别担心，有问题上来问。大把人帮你。

Don't worry about the lawyer if you are not building a house.
+ x3 w8 D0 E8 y8 _6 G7 sThe process is very simple, schedule an appointment with a lawyer, ask for the fee and the amount to the builder, get 2 certified checks or money orders.  Go to the appointment, sign the paperwork, give the lawyer money and take the key!

So far , I found a very good Mortgage Specialist . She also introduced me a Lawyers.
