builder没按图纸盖，咋办

按图纸上楼梯的墙都拆了做扶手，昨天从窗口看过去，墙还是墙，扶手一点没有。明天walk through，后天见律师叫首付了，交房日是月底，水电气保险都定完日子了。闹心死了。

没按图纸的问题，钱应该按图绘收取的吧？

, H. P0 ?3 W4 Q  r! z没有final walkthrough，就定水电器保险的日子，这排期那叫一个紧张呀。
6 K# V6 B' F5 W' h还是那句话，见招拆招，急也没用，该通知的通知，该延期的延期，沟通好，没有解决不了的。

一共就两次walk through，第一次就说了railing有问题， 然后就是最后一次walk through，发现完全没看图纸健，上面明明标着railing的部分，也能建成墙

Did you ever follow up with the builder?
I would tell the site superintendent to arrange another walk through once the problem is fixed but not drag it along until the final walk through.

  m# m. j9 f% `8 B- R0 VIf you have everything documented, show it to the lawyer and ask for hold back.

. m: B( Z) f1 |' DIf you can live with the wall, ask the builder to compensate you instead of removing the wall.
% r, \3 w% N. w$ u# }/ O/ |$ O1 IIt will be messy after you move in and they come back to take down the wall.
