I have been looking into Windermere.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St., Z- P7 w3 ]" q3 c& O. e' ?% B/ _5 o
Just Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
( ?/ L& m8 T( m; zThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.+ L+ v: v4 f' b

What type of housing you are looking for?
* \* _ g+ ^: s2 AThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
; Z7 j1 T% `7 r/ n8 q, l& R: _ mDon't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
