I have been looking into Windermere.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
) C! W+ a9 z/ D% i" Y- nJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.8 V0 @- V. J- s& [8 ]8 {
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.. e) h$ [/ w# M+ e0 r0 U% N/ Y

What type of housing you are looking for?
5 X8 e8 L5 ?6 z; GThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.; W! m% G9 ]: ^2 g; h
Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.
