I have been looking into Windermere.! D) q! S* t8 _4 Y
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.1 g8 F2 z) E' Y$ B* {6 o U) U
, L# R6 @( [0 n% k, R# F" GAs you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
4 h Y; C$ ~7 G$ EJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.1 r: J& [ d% i* I
The City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.( ~0 h# s$ ~- U" L7 O) b# O
$ L1 S- ?! I# ^4 W' VSome people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

What type of housing you are looking for?
