求教，Ambleside South 和 Coventry Homes 的看法

如题。听说Ambleside South 附近有消防局和通讯塔。这会对小区有影响吗? 这个区的学区是哪个学校? 小区只有一个出口，会是个问题吗?

有人有跟Coventry 买房的经验吗? 他们的质量、信誉跟售后服务如何?

I have been looking into Windermere.
My personal opinion, Ambleside South is the worst of all Windermere sub-area.

As you said, traffic is an issue, you can only take either Ellerslie Road or 170 St.
+ H' _/ m0 X' Q+ G) I- Z8 bJust Ellerslie is serving many sub-areas, Glenridding, Graydon Hill, Kerwick, Ambleside South.
: `2 W3 q; }& R7 ^" B1 N* \, wThe City just did some upgrade to the road, and I am not sure if there is plan to expand into two lanes.

Some people already mentioned here, AS is very crowded.

1 q" o  }8 Q% u1 W/ w$ hThat area is full of duplex and rear lane houses, 100% sure parking will be an issue.
0 R& r* v! |; w4 O5 ?Don't understand why people with detached garages like to park on the street.

I am looking at single family home and finally picked The One.

靠着pond的那些都不错，但估计卖光了已经，或能选的不多了

之前也看AS pond最邊邊那一塊 不過後來電訊塔建起來後我考慮了很久 最後放棄了 同樣的價錢能買Glenrriding walk out了. 喜歡Conventry的Omega屋型.
