A heating and ventilation permit is required when installing or altering heating and ventilation equipment.

boilers,
& E8 [- ]. ?  {7 r  K. D; p  C' Vhydronic (hot water) systems,

但是这里办事都是按规矩做， 没人诚心要为难你。
